Avoid like the plague. Rude on the phone Unprofessional Insist on arranging appointments with little to no notice (often illegally less than 24hrs notice) Their contracts legally aren't worth the paper they're written on (No, a text message is not "notice", you idiots) Their workmen are problematic They miss appointments
