A bought a leather jacket from this shop two years ago and recently returned it as there was a small fault with discolouring. The owner Russell was so helpful in returning the item to the manufacturer. Just popped into the shop and was presented with a new replacement jacket. These days it is difficult to find such outstanding service. I suppose where you have an independent retailer they have to and can offer service which is outstanding to be well ahead of the competition from the high street retailers. Well done Hawkes great service. Thanks David Watson
