The maintenance team and I believe the whole management are incompetent and careless. Try to avoid this estate agent as they are a nightmare. The only thing they are interested in is collecting the rent. They don't care whether the house is habitable or not. No matter how many times you report a fault the only thing they do is emailing the landlord. They are not ready to take any responsibility toward the tenant. Even when they deal with a problem, they do it partially so you have to spend all of your time chasing them up!
