I had to come into Howells today to try and find a gift for my nephew. After looking around for quite along time I was approached by a staff member called Cathy. She went above and beyond to help me and thanks to her I left with some lovely purchases. I was so stressed not knowing what to buy and she gave me fabulous advice. This young lady was in the menswear department . Can you please send her my thanks and appreciation . Thank you . I will definitely be back into your store soon .
