We bought a flat with a sitting tenant that was managed by Thomas George. The sale was delayed 3 months because 1) They had no record of the AST Tenancy Agreement 2) They had no record of the deposit (which is illegal) 3) There was no permission-to-let agreement with the freeholder. They are hopelessly incompetent. Tenants are giving them 1 star because there is no zero star. Well now landlords are doing it as well.
