We had been looking for curtains for our Sun Room for ages! Living in rural Carmarthen meant that we had looked in all of the well known curtain shops around us, to no avail!
One Sunday, we took a trip to Cardiff and found Berstein's in Mary Street and it was open! A lovely lady called Debby was an enormous help to us, giving us a range of ideas and colours. She helped us to open our minds to finding the right material and pattern.
On arriving home, we went back to basics and thought about her valuable advice. Another trip to Cardiff, allowed us to take samples of material in the form of cushion covers. The enabled us to match a sample to our existing furniture/colours. We were then able to order our choice with any measurments by 'phone. The order was ready very quickly and exact to measurement. We are thrilled with our curtains and cushions and can't thank Debby, Mr. Berstein and any staff who also served us, enough! This shop certainly knows its stuff. It also provides a high standard of customer care and satisfaction, rarely seen in other high street chains!
