Called to book an appointment and they requested a £20 deposit for the booking, NON-REFUNDABLE. Girl on the phone said that the cost would be deducted from the dress, I asked but what if I didn't like a dress, she said you will get store credit instead! I've been to bridal shops where they refund the money when you show up for your appointment, but never have I sen a shop which swipes £20 off you for not even buying anything! Very poor - You've lost a potential customer there.
