I'm impressed with the productivity and efficiency however they are too busy which meant that I was put on a waiting list and even asked to make an appointment to see an agent. ..that was not impressive. Ultimately they did show the results - they are definitely not like any agency I've used previously and I will use them again,...hope I would not need an appointment,

My fiance' and I just bought our first home together, and we are very grateful to have had the experience the pleasantness of using Sower Estates. Not once did we feel pressured to move forward with anything that was not perfect. ??Brendon gave us all of the facts, and opinions based on his strong market knowledge. He was patient (we are very picky) and helped us search through many listings both electronically and in tours. Once we found literally the house of our dreams, Brendon was quick to act and guide us throughout the entire process. He coordinated all the meetings, documents to our providers, and really made the process easy for us to understand.??If you are looking for an estate agent, you need to meet Brendon. His warm and friendly demeanor will put you at ease and make your home buying experience a walk in the park.
