Travelled down to Cardiff in order to visit the building society and spent a very frustrating 2 hours trying to find it as it was definitely not where it is listed. Eventually someone suggested we try the Cooperative Bank as they now own Britannia. They also took ages to find and when we did they had closed at 1.00pm. The Britannia was supposedly open until 3pm. Not a happy bunny.
