At first I was glad that Jessops Cardiff high street store has reopened because it was one of the greatest photo stores I have ever been in Cardiff both in terms of knowledge in cameras & photo printing, as well as customer services.
However, besides that the new store seems more spacious, my experience of the store has changed.
I was looking through couple of camera lens, and memory card. Since I fail to locate the items I want after I have walked round the whole store, I decided to seek assistance from a salesman.
Pitifully, all the salesman whom I spoke to did not any technical or product knowledge in compared to the salesman of this store before it was closed down.
I will be going to do some photo printing soon, please wait for a new update, let's see whether my view of the store would improve.
