Tried returning dress, but was told no refund, no credit note only exchange in the shop originally purchased from, leaving me with a dress to be returned 40 miles away. So disappointing, a pushy sales assistant in the beginning sold me this dress, such a shame as their range of clothes are very good, when I eventually or if I do manage to have a replacement won't be shopping there again. They need to get this side of their business sorted, looking at other reviews the dissatisfied ones are all relating to the refunding of goods.

Do any body have the telephone number for Cardiff branch as I’m desperate to find out when they are opening reason being I had a voucher which needed to be used by April but unable to due to shop being closed on lockdown just hoping i will still be able to use it as soon as they open £50 to much to lose it

Wonderful, feminine clothes, shoes, bags & jewellery. Great lay out, lovely staff. Makes a great change from awful chainstore designs, colours, patterns & fabrics. Flattering shapes & excellent advice on matching things. Love it.

I have bought numerous items and always found staff helpful and honest.
However today I returned one item(having bought four) and was offered a credit note. This I can accept but to be told it is only valid for four weeks I find unacceptable in today's market place. I appreciate the rapid turnover of clothes but to expect the consumer to be able to frequently visit the shop is unrealistic.

A truely beautiful store. The clothing is vibrant, exciting and feminine. The stock changes frequently so more gorgeous items come onto the shop
The vibe is wonderful . The staff are so very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have a very professional eye with regard to styling. They wear the stores beautiful clothes and look really great. It is a sheer joy to go into the store in Cardiff to beautiful clothes at fab prices and the exceptional customer service.
