Never reply to e-mails. So many faults with the place and they ignored all my reports then charge you for the faults when you leave. Horrid staff. Useless, no help at all, will just fob you off but never call back or come through with anything they say. No faults fixed, out of cash, feel like I've been robbed.

Awful, awful service. So many problems with the property we are renting and they have taken several months to even accept there are issues and so far have done nothing at all to resolve any problems. Rude and unhelpful.
Never had such bad service in 8 years of renting.
Go anywhere else.

Terrible service, awful staff. Out for money and that's it. Go to any other letting agent there are plenty.
