Don't even deserve one start. Literally the most awful lettings agent in Cardiff - and I thought CPS were bad! They don't provide you with accurate information, they don't reply to your emails, they don't answer their phones (only once in a blue moon I've found), and the attitude of the Manager and some of the staff is simply appalling. In trying to get my final deposit back, I emailed over what I thought would suffice (final bills), however two of the bills apparently did not have the account closing date on - fair enough. However, they did not even bother to respond to my email simply to say 'sorry, these don't have the date on - could you send another bill (or whatever) over please?' - no, instead they just ignored my email and told me nothing more about my deposit until I emailed them AGAIN, and they responded several days later. Their attitude and service is literally the worst I've come across. I even read several negative reviews of them and the manager beforehand, however thought that maybe it was just a few occurrences. However after speaking to others, seeing even more negative reviews and my own experience it's safe to say that they are NOT a reliable agent. The only positive I have is that when I did live there they were relatively quick to get the maintenance team out to fix whatever the issue was, however that's probably only because I put pressure on them to as I had a young child living there. Definitely not worth renting with these people.

Shame I cant leave a ZERO star. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Sickeningly unlawful and unorganised. Absolutely foul agents. Please go to the professionals along the road instead. They're the class act agents, not these cowboys!

Es la peor agencia jamas he visto. dejamos el piso el 31 de agosto. Todavia no nos han devuelto el deposito y quieren hacernos unos cargos inventados. Como reparacion de un boton de la lavadora. Marcas en la pared. Suelo sucio. Bombillas etc etc. Todo los desperfectos anteriores ya estaban en el piso cuando empezamos a vivir y hicimos fotos de todo el primer dia. Les enviamos un email adjuntandolo todo. Y ahora pretenden cobrarnoslo.

I wanted to give this company no stars having never come across a more obfuscatory organisation in my life. Never, ever allow your children to rent from them. This agency has given my daughter sleepless nights and is damaging her mental health.

they are a disgrace they completely ignore the landlords and tenants act, they ignore the tenants rights, they are incompetent at dealing with anything, they never respond to any complaints made, they threaten unlawful charges. I would never use this agency again, and cannot wait for my tenancy to be over so that i can leave these cowboys behind

I used them before and I had never had any problem with them. very quick respond for any repairing and very friendly staff.

Go somewhere, anywhere else before going to Imperial Letting. As the last reviewer says they are very quick to take your money but will fight tooth and nail against doing any kind of property repair work or refunding your deposit. Rude staff who are more concerned with their bonuses than customer service.
