Absolutely hopeless. I took my phone in for a replacement battery and when I came back to collect it they'd broken the case and the fingerprint sensor. When I brought it back they told me that it'd never been set up before. I'm pretty tech savvy and have always used the sensor on my iPhone 5s to unlock the phone and for making purchases in iTunes etc. Added to all this, for £30 there's been absolutely no improvement over the beaten up, 2 year old battery that was in there already and the younger guys working there were incredibly rude, even blaming me for breaking the case.

I must apologise to the guys in the shop as I stormed out but I was absolutely furious. Will not be returning (or welcome, probably).   24-07-15
